The Atarfil quality plan is designed to provide customers with the highest standards of product control and reduce our product returns rate to zero.
The masterbatch raw material or additives (where applicable) are analysed upon arrival at our factory to ensure they meet the requirements set by our technical department. This requirement must always be satisfied before acceptance at the factory.
The product is controlled during and after manufacture by the approved plant laboratory and is finally subject to a checklist during handling and loading by the logistics department. The checklist covers a wide range of aspects, from the quality of the affixing of labels all the way through to the cleanliness of the roll. Nothing is left to chance.
